Toyota Repair: a/c not working for 1996 toyota camry, toyota camry, electrical problem

Recently bought 1996 toyota camry (104k)and it has maintenace records showing that previous owner  got it's condenser replaced and other a/c related maintenance done for $900.
But still a/c is not working at all.What can be the problem.

If you could be more specific as to what the repairs were done previously I could be of more help,based on the information I have so far I can only recommend that the A/C system be hooked up to pressure gauges to see if the freon pressures are abnormal, I'm sure they are or the system would be working, then a diagnosis can be made as to what the trouble area may be, without freon pressure readings I have no idea where to start. One other thing to look for is to see if the compressor engages with the a/c on and the engine running, if the compressor doesn't turn on there is not enough freon in the system or there is an electrical problem.
