175k  After starting car, acceleration slow.  When pressing on the gas pedal, car is slugish and doesn't want to go.  Motor sounds like the rpm are running in conjunction with pedal but car doesn't respond. crawls intill practically stopped. let it sita couple of days now won't even turn over or crank.

There are a few possible answers, the catalityc converter may be failing and disintegrated clogging the exhaust system, the timing belt may have slipped,in which case it needs to be replaced, the no crank condition may be a seperate issue and it may be a dead battery, try to jump start it with a good battery.
