Toyota Repair: 03 corolla front brakes, oem factory, correct hardware

Question
my mechanic recently replaced my front brake pads with aftermarket ceramic pads and turned the rotors....now I get an oscillating rubbing noise only when lightly braking as if the rotor is warped....doesn't happen during hard braking....took it bake....he re-turned the rotors but it didn't help....I don't feel any shimmy in the steering upon braking...just a noise......any idea what could be wrong....its been back 3 times already.......thanks

Answer
Take the car somewhere else, preferably a toyota dealer and have it checked again, the shop you are going back to now doesn't know what they are doing or are just stupid, if after three times they can not figure out what the problem is.
Have the rotors measured to make sure they are not below the minimum thickness, if they are they need to be replaced, use toyota oem factory brake pads with the correct hardware and shims and your problem will be over with.
