Toyota Repair: Toyota Celica fuel injection, celica gts, toyota celica

Question
I have a 1993 Celica GTS non-turbo. I drove the car 200 miles and went to start the car on my trip after sitting for five hours. I got 30 feet and the 15amp EFI fuse blew. the fuse keeps blowing every time I press the accelerator. Tried a larger fuse and the car bogs down and blows the fuse repeatedly. I also replaced the headlights yesterday and noticed the pas. side light was very dim dont know if this relates. Please help. Wondering on a possible ground problem with EFI or if the car was possibly flooded!!! Could it possibly have been flooded? Or something else. Car is a manual also.

Answer
There is an obvious electrical problem and the possibilities for this fuse to blow are many, I don't think the headlights have anything to do with it. I recommend having a repair shop or a toyota dealer check mit out, there are just too may problems that could cause this, sorry.
