Toyota Repair: harmonic balancer, chain wrench, harmonic balancer

I need to remove the harmonic balancer on my 91 celica, I cannot remove the bolt. Any sugestions? Are the threads on the Bolt standard or reverse threads?

The threads are standard, remove counterclockwise, to remove the bolt without using an air powered impact wrench you will need a chain wrench to hold the pulley while turning the bolt with a long breaker bar and a 19mm socket, you may consider taking the car to a repair shop and have them break the bolt loose with a power tool and go from there.
