Toyota Repair: 97 Camry V6 Bucking at 2000 Rpm, spark plug wires, coil pack

Question
My wifes 97 Camry v6 5spd has been bucking under slight acceleration. I have change the plugs and air filter. I cleaned the throttle body and replaced the TPS. I have a fuel filter on order. The bucking starts at around 1800 rpm and continues to about 2200 rpm if you hold the throttle steady. It almost feels like it is loosing fuel. If you accelerate hard, it does not do it, only if it is a slow gradual acceleration. What else can I check?

Answer
Possibly a problem with one of the coil packs on the front bank of the engine, they are known to cause an engine misfire, pull them out and check them for any signs of arcing, measure the resistance across the terminals and compare them to each other, see if one has a lot less or more resistance than the other two, if so, it is the one that is causing the problem.  the other way is by elimination, by one new coil pack and start substituting it one by one until the misfire goes away. At the same time I would also recommend replacing the spark plug wires if you have not done so or maybe you should do that first.
