Toyota Repair: 2001 4Runner electric drivers door lock does not work anymore, toyota 4runner, door locks

I have a 2001 Toyota 4Runner 4WD with a v6 motor. My drivers side electric door lock does not work while all the other door locks do work.  I noticed it will move slightly when attempting to lock it.  How do I fix it and what parts will I need? Thanks!!

Possibly the door lock actuator, check with the toyota dealer for a peice, you will need to remove the door panel to get access to it, you may also have to remove the entire door lock mechanism, sometimes the actuator and the lock come as a one piece assembly.
