Toyota Repair: Wheel removal, wheel rim, lug nuts

I can't find a way to take the Front Right wheel off of my '95 Corolla. I took off the lug nuts and the wheel won't budge. There is a bolt in the center of the axle before the brake system with a pin in it. How do I get the wheel off?

Do not remove the nut with the pin in it.  The wheel is stuck, probably a little rust on the center of the rim, with a large hammer tap the wheel rim on the inside edge, it should eventually loosen, you may spray some rust penetrant on the center to help loosen it.
