Toyota Repair: Engine, head gasket leak, toyota engine

I have a 94 V6 4-runner 102556 mi. any rpm under 1000 the engine shaks and misfires and over 1000 rpm it pulls good runs smooth check engine light comes and goes but never steady.

second question:
Is there a kit avalable to install a small block chev. V-8 into a 94 toyota 4-runner if so canyou give me a contact?

I do not have any information on installing a V-8 engine into your truck, if you are interested in finding out what is wrong with the toyota engine I will be glad to help if you can give me more information but it sounds like there may be a loss of compression or possibly a head gasket leak.
