Toyota Repair: Start-up at Cold, starter problem, toyota dealership

Question
I have a 96 Camry LE and during the last couple of months have had trouble starting my car.  Usually after sitting overnight, I go to start it and it won't turn over period. The engine doesn't struggle and there's no clicking noise to indicate a starter problem.  After turning the key multiple times, it will eventually catch and work great for the rest of the day.  The Toyota dealership can't identify the problem, do you have any suggestions?

Answer
If it's an automatic transmission there may be a problem with the neutral start switch, try having it replaced and see if it helps. The next time this happens keep the key in the start position and move the shifter from park to neutral a few times and see if it starts, if it starts in either position replace the neutral start switch.
