Toyota Repair: vaccum line diagram, vacuum fitting, clutch

Question
My 1990 toyota pick up is stalling any time I put the clutch in to slow down.  It seems like it is that there is a valve that may be closing too fast and not allowing the idling timing to be right.  If I crank it back up and idle it does fine.  I have one vaccum inlet that does not have a hose attached to it but cannot find it on any diagram that I have.  Was wondering if you could help me out.

Answer
I need to know exactly what vacuum fitting does not have the hose attached to it and if it is a v-6 or 4 cyl engine, idf possible take a picture of the vac fitting with a digital camera and upload the picture to me via my email address which I will give you when you are ready to send it too me or draw a diagram of it and scan it.
