Toyota Repair: 1996 corona ,engine oil leak, engine oil leak, toyota corona

Question
Hi, I own a toyota corona (1996)(it is like camry or corolla), I have a leak near the timing belt cover( I am 90% sure).it leaks little(drops) and  only when the engine is running. 1=is it possible because I add too much oil(about 150 cc more). I think it costs a lot to change the seal(or ring) there.2= is it dangerous or harmful to other parts? should i fix it ASAP? 3=may I just check it often and add oil ? and wait to change the timing belt together?
thanks

Answer
There is an oil leak from either the front crankshaft or camshaft seal, maybe both, anyway it is a good idea to replace them both, this should be done soon because oil can get on to the timing belt and cause it to fail, in that case the engine will stop running.
