Toyota Repair: Screeching Noise when starting, gallon gas tank, toyota camry

Question
The noise is there when I try to start the car for the first time during the day. After that, all startups are quiet. There is no noise after starting the engine.

One other question I had was, I run out of Gas really fast. A full tank of gas doesnt give me more than 150 inside the city. Its a V6 engine, but still do you think thats about normal for a car that has a 13-15 gallon gas tank? What could be the reason its burning more gas? I had the spark plugs checked and they were fine as well. I have had regular oil changes as well.

Hey, I live in Minnesota, and its getting pretty cold out these days. I own a 94 Toyota Camry. The problem I am having is that, whenever I start my car, i hear this screeching noise. It happens almost every day when I start the car for the first time. Then I dont hear the screeching noise after the 1st time. My engine also tends to shake a little bit when I start it up. I recently also had a coolant flush at the local toyota dealer about 3 weeks ago. Today I checked, the cooland level was also running on low. What could be the problem? Is there any danger to the engine? Could it be the starter by any chance?
Answer -
I need to know if the noise is only there when trying to start the car, while cranking, or if it is there after starting the engine.

Answer
The noise is probably caused by the starter trying to engage into the flywheel, there may be some teeth on the flywheel ring gear damaged that won't let the starter engage, the solution is to replace the both the starter and the flywheel.
Not sure what is going on with the gas mileage, have the dealer check for both of these problems.
