Toyota Repair: corolla 96. little noisy, starting problem and now check engine light., battery problem, toyota dealer

Question
i just bought this used corolla 96 DX.
1) in general it is a little noisier than my cavalier.. some vibrations causing noise frm doors etc
2) also having starting problem.. only get a clicking sound at first.. starts ok after waiting and trying 4-5 times... weak battery problem?
3) just today the check engine light came on. what to do?
i can do things myself but do not have the equipments. how to solve the problem with least cost? i have a indiana arranty on engine and transmission though there maybe some deductibles.

The vibration may be caused by a bad motor mount on the front of the engine, the clicking noise indicates a problem with the starter and it probably needs to be replaced, you will need to have a toyota dealer or other shop see what the trouble code for the check engine light is.
