Ted, Can you tell me where the brake cable adjustment is for a 1994 toyota camry 4 cyl?

I assume that you are trying to adjust the e-brake because there is too much travel in the brake lever, if so all you have to do is to remove the rear wheels because the rear brakes or the rear emergency drum brakes are out of adjustment.
If there are drum brakes, remove the rubber plug if present, and rotate the drum until the adjustment hole is near the top, the adjusting wheel should be visible indide, with a screwdriver move the wheel, it will only move in one direction and you should hear a clicking sound when turning, do this until there is a slight drag when rotating the drum, do this on both sides, if it has disc brakes let me know.
