Toyota Repair: Maintenance, bg 44k, spark plug wires

Question
I have a 2001 Camry 4 Cylinder.  Right now, the car has 42000 miles and it is going to become 4 years old.  According to the manual, the 60K service is due when it is 4 years.

My local dealer is charging me $380 for the 60K miles service, which includes spark plugs, all vehicle checkup, oil change, new air filter, clean and adjust rear brakes, change coolant, service throttle body, change differentials and tranmission fluids, tire rotation, pcv valve, including BG 44k and BG MOA.

Also I want to have the best maintenance for my vehicle.  So I also planning to do a Transmission Flush, change Transmission Gasket and Screen, and change resistor cord set for spark plugs.

First of all is the dealer 60 K service is really needed or somethings can be eliminated from the list? Is my maintenance preference for transmission is correct or wrong? Also is my maintenance interval for spark plug wires correct?

So far my previous maintenance is according to the manual as well as the dealer.  I have done the 5,000 miles services and 15,000 miles services. These included clean and adjusting rear brakes, vehicles check up, fluid changes ( transmission, differential), and oil change.

Also I have done the following flushes for my car:

Power Steering Flush at 28,000 miles
Coolant Flush at 35,000 miles
Brake Fluid Flush at 40,070 miles.

So I want to know what are the best intervals for flushes?  Also I want to know If I'm going in the right direction for maintenance?

Thanks ted for your help.

Answer
I suggest doing the 60,000 mile service but without the pcv valve and the additives, there are no specified intervals for any type of flushes, there is no maintenance specification for spark plug wire replacement they are not considered a routine maintenance item and are replaced if needed.
You can also consult your owner's manual and follow those directions.
