THANKS
I PUT IN A NEW FAN TEMP SENSOR AND THE RELAY AND IT STILL DOES IT. I TRIED LET THE ENGINE WARM UP AND THE FAN WORKS OK. SHUT IT DOWN AND THE BORN FAN  KEEPS RUNNING. I HAD TO TAKE OUT THE FUSE TO STOP IT. WHAT ARE THOSE SENSORS ON THE UPPER HOSE HOUSING BY THE DISTRIBUTOR? THERE TWO ON TOP AND ONE ON BOTTOM.

1990 CAMRY 4 CYL GAS ENGINE. THE ELECTRIC COOLING FAN ON THE RADIATOR WORKS FINE WHEN ENGINE GETS HOT. SHUTS OFF AFTER COOLING DOWN  BUT WHEN I SHUT THE ENGINE DOWN TAKE THE KEY OUT OF IGNITION. THE FAN KEEPS ON GOING AND GOING EVEN AFTER THE COOL DOWN. KEPT ON GOING GOING. TILL THE BATTEY GOES DEAD NEXT DAY. IS THERE A SENSOR OR RELAY THAT I CAN REPLACE? WHERE IS IT LOCATED? ON RADIATOR OR THEMOSTAT HOUSING? THERE IS TWO ON HOUSING.
Answer -
The fan temperature sensor is located on the thermostat housing below the alternator, try replacing it, it is the most common problem for this.
Answer -
Those sensors have nothing to do with the fan control, one is a ecu water temp sensor and the other one is the temp sensor for the temp gauge on the dash.
What happens if you remove the fan relay, does it still stay on?

Answer
The aux fan is only supposed to come on with the a/c on.
With the a/c off and the engine cold try putting the relays back one at a time and see if the main fan comes on or both, if the fan comes on replace the relay that makes it come on, if the relay doesn't fix the problem there may be a wiring problem that causes the fan circuit to complete, the only other thing I can think of that may be the cause is the high pressure switch on the high side of the a/c system, you must remove all of the freon before replacing this switch.
