Toyota Repair: 1999 Toyota solara 6 cyl, toyota solara, toyota dealer

Check engine light is on. Had it worked on, said it was fixed. (not at a dealership) Drove it engine light on, went to Auto Zone codes are P1133 & P1135. Please tell me what this is and how much to fix. I have already paid $500.00. Mechanic said not to worry about the light, said he could remove it and put in beeper that will go off if something is wrong with the engine. I feel as if I am geting the run around and the shaft, since i already paid him $500.00. These same codes were there before he worked on it. PLEASE HELP

Toyota has issued a sevice bulletin (TSB 013-98) for this DTC,I suggest you take it to the Toyota dealer and have the problem diagnosed, I wouldn't trust the competence of a mechanic that came with the redicilous idea of removing the check engine light and putting a buzzer in.
