Toyota Repair: 98 Sienna Moon Roof Drain, exit holes, drain tubes

Question
Looked under the van to find drain holes and didn't see any. But there is a small drip of water comming from a joint where it appears the frame is pressed together.  Should I see a distinct drain hole?-------------------------

Question -
The Drains on my 98 Sienna Moon Roof are plugged.
What is the best way to clear and where do they empty out?
Answer -
The drain tubes are inside the left and right front pillars and exit just behind the wheel wells, I don't know what the blockage is but you may be able to clean them by blowing some compressed air in from the top or maybe you can try inserting a wire from the bottom exit holes.

Answer
Not sure if the exit holes are visible, didn't have a chance to look underneath a Sienna myself but the same volume of water that is poured in at the top should exit at the bottom and should exit fairly quickly, are both sides doing the same? If one side has a lot less water exiting and the water is going down the drain tube and does not pool up in the channel, the drain tube may be disconnected under the headliner.
