Toyota Repair: Low moan in front end, wheel bearings, comming

I wrote in about the moan in front end replaced brakes, and still have noise. Am going to replace all wheel bearings.
How many bearings are there that I should replace 2ea wheel?

How do I know if cv is ok and is it hard to replace?

I'm not sure the wheel bearings are the problem , please tell me what year and model it is and if you could describe the noise and when it is the most prevalent(speed etc.) CV joint failures are normally indicated by a loud popping noise, I don't think that is the case here.
The more specific description you can give about the groaning noise the more I can help.
