Toyota Repair: Solara Cam Seal leak, toyota solara, timing belt replacement

Question
At 90,000 miles, I took my 1999 Toyota Solara for a timing belt replacement.  At this time, the Toyota Certified mechanic suggested to replace the water pump and engine seal since the were worn and would probably need replacement prior before the next timing belt change.

When I got my car back, the cam seal was leaking.  I took my car back and they replaced the seal.  Even after this, the cam seal is still leaking.  Do you have any insight as to why it might be leaking and what might be done to correct this.

Thank you.

Answer
Probably the seal was not installed correctly, take it back to the dealer and tell them that they need to fix the leak under their parts and labor warranty, I have no idea what else could be leaking, obviously they created a problem and now they need to fix it.
