Toyota Repair: what is a 446 code, charcoal canister, vacuum leak

engine light came on and it is for a 446. What is it and how does one fix it?
1998 Toyota Camry 4 cyl.

There is a vacuum leak on the fuel evap system,there is also a bulletin issued from toyota how to address this problem, there may be a leak at the evap(charcoal canister) or a malfunctioning vacuum switching valve, I recommend contacting the toyota dealer and have them diagnose this, in some cases the warranty period was extended by the factory for leaking evap canisters.
