Toyota Repair: Car stalls at stop signs,red lights RPMs rev up prior to car dieing., valve distributer, toyota camry

1996 Toyota Camry 4cyl Ihave had it checked out by several mechanics, replaced all electrical parts( including main computer) except the coil and map sensors. Toyota dealership keep it 2 days replaced the battery and the EFI Relay,100% sure it would fix problem . Still stalling and stopping. Recommended the EMC computer be replaced,Definetly need). Replaced fuel filter, pcp valve, distributer,dist cap, air filter , air boot spark plugs, spark plug wires, Ignition rotor, Spray and clean throttle body. "HELP"

It sounds like you have spend a lot of money already, unfortunately the problem is still there so before you replace an expensive ECU try this. Take it to the toyota dealer and tell them you want them to replace the idle speed control valve, it's a very common problem on these engines and from what I can deduce from your description it's just about the only thing that hasn't been replaced, I have a feeling that this will fix the problem.
