Toyota Repair: 93 Camry AC problem, center vents, control cables

Question
Last week when I cycled my AC system over to defrost *from full upper vents* to clear my windshield, then back to upper vents only, only my two vents closets to the doors clicked on. The two center vents fail to blow air. I've cycled through all positions, heater and AC, and outside or inside air, and the vent will not open. I've checked the Hanyes manual, and find nothing on it there. So I was hoping you might be able to tell me where the control for those two vents would be at so I can check that, unless you got a better idea of what the problem is.

Answer
Check the control cables connections under the dash on the right side to the left of the glove compartment(you may have to remove it) and on the drivers side just in front of the center console, the most common problem is that one of the cables has come off or the control in the dash is broken so make sure all the cables on the heater A/C unit are moving when you cycle through air control functions.
