Toyota Repair: 1999 Camry Rough Idle, throttle body, fuel pressure

Question
I have a 1999 camry 140,000 miles. On occasion there is low (rough)/no idle when cold, stalls. No OBDII codes, EGR ok, fuel pressure ok, recently tuned all plugs, wires and filters. Any ideas. Thanks

Answer
The most common problem is a sticking idle speed control valve, it can be removed and cleaned with very good results, it is located on the throttle body, the throttle body has to be removed in order to get the ISC valve off, then it can be cleaned and re-installed, clean the throttle body at the same time and your problem is over with.
