Toyota Repair: check engine light, air intake hose, air flow meter

Question
I have a Toyota Tacoma 2000 pre-runner with a V6, 90,000 miles. The engine light comes on saying left bank lean. I've changed the fuel filter, ran fuel injector cleaner cleared the error and in 100 miles it comes back on. I've done this three times. Do I need to replace the injectors?

Thanks

Answer
Could you please tell me the code your getting as this could be just the o2 or you my have a mas air flow meter that is dirty or both. The meter is on the air intake hose right behind the air filter box, remove two screws remove o-ring from meter use only Toyota brake cleaner( no residue) too clean the wires in it(don't use air or stick ANYTHING in in it). No you do not need to replace the 200.00 apiece injectors. Your sensors are telling the ECU I need more gas which the system is really running rich. We get alot of these and it's one or both, a below threshold code is the cat. The oil in a K&N filter really messes the meter up.
