can u please tell me where the starter is located on my 1986 toyota cressida wqith the v6 motor? and if the car only clicks when starting it   is it the starter, selinoid or can it be a relay switch? thansk for any and all help in advance

If the starter makes a clicking noise it needs to be replaced, it's located on the driver's side of the engine just under the intake manifold, there are two 14mm bolts that attach it from the rear of the bellhousing, the rear of the transmission has to be dropped down to get any socket and extension on to the bolts.
