Toyota Repair: 2000 Toyota Tundra, phillips screw, toyota tundra

Question
I have a 2000 Toyota Tundra.  Can you tell me how to tighten the antenna.  It's loose from the body of the truck.  It's non-electric.  The driver's side outside mirror is loose.  It's not the bracket that hooks onto the side of the door.  It's the bracket that extends out and holds the mirror itself.  How do I tighten this?  Is it difficult to change a fuel filter on this truck.  I have 97,000 miles on it.  The timing belt and water pump have been changed.  I just bought it and can you tell me of anything else I should do to make it last for a long time?  Thank you very much.

Answer
You can tighten the antenna with a pair of pliers, carefully turn the round chrome nut on the fender mount, there are two small bolts underneath on the mirror mount, they may be either a phillips screw or a torx bolt, this requires a special driver available at an auto parts store, there is no external fuel filter.
