Toyota Repair: replacing struts and mounts, toyota camry, struts

I have a 1999 toyota camry.  When I drive the car "bottoms out".  Example I drove to NC and the rear of the car continued to hit bottom  with 3 or 4 people in the car.  Midas says I need struts and possible the mounts.  can I have struts replaced only?

Replacing the struts will help and the upper mounts are not that expensive and have to be removed anyway, it is a good idea to replace them because they can cause noise when going over bumps, which they may already be doing since they recommend that they be replaced.
