Toyota Repair: Power Antenna/ Sticky ignition key tumbler, antenna mast, power antenna

I've got a 97' 4 Runner SRS 5 speed manual. 6 cyl.

Recently the power antenna stopped going up and down and just grinds.  Is there a quick fix?

What can be done about that sticky key tumbler? Pretty aggravating working the key to get it to turn.

There is no quick fix for the antenna problem, the antenna mast is broken, to replace it the inner fender liner has to be removed and the antenna motor, then the motor needs to be opened up to remove the broken piece of the mast and reassembled, then the new antenna mast can be installed through the top of the antenna by turning the radio on and then off to pull the new mast in.
The solution to the key problem may be just having a new key made to see if that helps or spraying some lubricant directly into the key opening, if that doesn't help the lock cylinder has to be replaced.
