Toyota Repair: 2000 Toyota Solara Brake Problems, toyota solara, acceptable explanation

Question
My ABS/Track Off light has been on with no apparent brake loss.Recently a noise developed while braking.  Front brake pads were changed and now the car vibrates while driving and makes noise when braking.  I was told my front brake pads weren't worn when they were changed.  How is it possible that the problem is worse now ?  Help !!!!  I was told the brakes will adjust to these new pads but can't seem to believe that is an acceptable explanation.  The ABS/Track Off light is also still flashing.

Answer
First of all, don't buy the B/S about the pads will somehow adjust and the problem will go away, it won't.
There is something seriously wrong if there is this noise and vibration and the warning lights are on, the best recommendation I have for you is to take the car to a Toyota dealer and have them connect a scantool to the computer to see what the trouble code is that is turning the lights on and go from there, let me know what happens.
There is no sense going back to the people who replaced the brakes because they are obviously incompetent or are lying to you(maybe both).
