Toyota Repair: 1998 Camry Low Idle and Stalling!!!, 10mm nuts, car stalls

Question
Hi,
My 98 camry 4cyl runs just fine for about 15 minutes and then the rpm acts wierd it fluctuates between 500-700 and then suddenly stalls. But i can crank it up again and it will hold the rpm at about 700. But the very next stop light, the rpm fluctuates and the car stalls. I did clean the throttle plate and sprayed carb cleaner in the rectangular hole(i think it goes to IAC valve). I thought of taking it out to clean it, but couldn't dare it. Please advise. If the procedure is easy to remove the throttle body, please let me know.
Also(unrelated to above), the left outside mirror is kind of loose. Could you please tell me the procedure to remove the mirror or is there any quick fix to attach it permanently.
Thanks,
Sunil.

Answer
The problem is the idle speed control valve located on the bottom of the throttle body, it has to be removed and the isc valve seperated from the throttle body, there have been good results by cleaning the valve, in some cases it has to be replaced.
Remove the triangular plastic cover on the inside behind the mirror(it just pops off) there are three 10mm nuts, try to tighten them to see if it solves the problem.
