Toyota Repair: 1996 Camry Air Conditioner, toyota dealer, c systems

Question
If I leave my air conditioner running for 10 minutes or so idling, it stops cooling even though compressor is still running. Does the compressor have some type of internal relief valve? When we leave the car turned off for several hours, it will cool again.  Any help appreciated.

It sounds like the freon level is low, maybe because of a leak, the best way to diagnose a/c systems is to hook up pressure gauges to see what the line pressures are, I suggest that you have a toyota dealer or a/c repair shop diagnose the problem, there are too many things that could be wrong for me to make a guess.
