Toyota Repair: Driver Power Window Switch, camry xle, power window switch

Question
The driver side front power window of 1993 Camry XLE will not go down.  I was driving on the interstate, with both front windows down, moon roof open all the way, air conditioning on  and radio playing loud.  When I got near city, I closed both front windows at the same time and then the moon roof and lowered radio volume.  Now, the driver window will not go down.  The window lock is not on.  What do you think happened to the window?  How and where do I check for blown fuses?  Should I try to lower the window after the car has set over night?

Answer
Possibly the window motor has failed or the master window switch in the left armrest, if you can move the window after waiting a while it means the switch is good and I suspect that the motor is bad, the fuses and circuit breaker control all the windows not just one.
