Toyota Repair: brake lights and turn signals, rear hatch, light bulbs

Question
We have a 2000 Toyota Sienna Van. Recently, the tail lights (brake) and turn signals stopped working. Prior to this, the driver side window would get stuck and refuse to close.  I don't know if that has any bearing except that it's both electrical.  After checking the fuses which were fine, we tried to access the light bulbs but can't remove the lense covers for either brake lights or the turn signal.  How do you access the light bulbs or do you have any suggestions?

Answer
There have been some problems with the window motors, replacing the motor should fix the window problem.
Open the rear hatch and there are two 10mm bolts on each tail light, remove them, the lens assembly is also held on with a retaining clip, it's just a matter of pulling the lens away from the body until it pops out
