Question
The plastic handle that opens the back hatch broke.  Is there a way to get the door open another way?  Is there some way to get it open from the inside?

Yes you can open it from the inside, it's the only way, remove the pull down strap from the door panel and pry the inner panel off, I fins it easier to roll down the rear window and do this from the outside, once the panel is off roll the window back up and get into the cargo area and locate the lock, there is a cable attached to the lock which attaches to the release lever either pull on the cable or move the lever, it will open the door.
