Toyota Repair: Spark Plugs 2000 Avalon XLS, avalon xls, type of plugs

Could you please tell me how to change the spark plugs on our 2000 Avalon XLS?  What type of plugs to use, and anything else we should know about changing the plugs.  Our car has about 65000 miles on it and the plugs have never been changed.  Please send a schematic if possible.

The spark plugs on the front are easy, it's the ones next to the firewall that are extremely hard to remove and requires some extensions, universal joint extensions and a ratchet to get down into the spark plug tubes to remove them, not something I would advise to do yourself.
