Toyota Repair: screeching sound, disc brake rotors, toyota corolla

Question
Toyota Corolla LE, 1999, 72,000 miles.
I recently had front disc brake rotors and pads replaced.  A short time after that the car began to screech when I make a sharp left or right hand turn.  I brought the car back to Toyota but they can't find where it is coming from.  They said it was the struts, which aren't leaking so they don't have to be replaced, and they oiled it.  But the screech is still there.  Any ideas?

Answer
It's pretty obvious that the noise has something to do with the repair since it wasn't there before, I think that one of the front brake backing plates may be touching the rotor or a spring or something came out and is touching the rotor, they need to recheck their work and no, struts don't make screeching noises but brakes do.
