Toyota Repair: water not circulating 2003 2.4 liter tacoma, powertrain warranty, head gasket

Question
I recently purchased a tacoma 2003 2x2 2.4 liter engine. I replaced the head gasket due to the white smoke and although the smoke has disapated the top hose is getting hard from pressure and it seems that the water is not circulating the truck has 7,000 miles and is still under warrenty I will take it to the dealer if you think they will honor the warranty (I am seccond owner?) and replaced the gasket due to the smell of antifreeze. I am certifed ase. any help would be appreicated. 757 224 0205

Answer
I definetely recommend taking it to the dealer, the cooling system warranty is 3yr/36,000 miles, the headgasket is considered powertrain warranty 5yr/60,000 miles. I don't understand why you didn't take it there in the first place, if the headgasket was bad it would have been covered under the factory warranty, you can go to any Toyota dealer and the will do any warranty work that is necessary at no cost to you.
