Toyota Repair: oil leak, valve cover gasket, toyota rav4

Hi Ted,
I was changing my oil today and notice a small oil leak under my car just to the right of my transmission pan.  The car is a '96 Toyota Rav4 with 80,000.Could anyone tell me if those "NO LEAK SOLUTION" really work?  If so, what the best brand  to use?

The leak could be coming from a number of places including a valve cover gasket, distributor o-ring, transmission axle shaft seal or even an engine rear main seal, as far as I'm concerned those "sealers in a can" waste your money, have it diagnosed to where the leak is and fix it right, it may not be as bad as you think.
