Toyota Repair: windows, 1992 Toyota Camry XLE, toyota camry, electric windows

I can't get my window to go up. Electric windows. I think the moter still works because I was able to get it to go down but then it would only go up a tiny bit. I think it is off the track now. Is this something I can fix myself as long as it's not the motor? Is there any trick to take the door panel off?

SOUNDS LIKE EITHER THE WINDOW REGULATOR IS BAD(THATS ACTUALLY WHAT THE MOTOR MOVES TO MOVE THE WINDOW). OR IT'S OFF THE TRACK.
TO TELL WHICH ON IT IS TRY PUSHING DOWN OR UP ON THE WINDOW WHEN MOVING IT WITH THE SWITCH.  IF YOU GO UP WITH THE SWITCH PUSH DOWN ON THE WINDOW. IF THE WINDOW TENDS TO "FALL" THEN IT'S OFF THE TRACK WHICH IS MOST LIKELY CAUSESD BY A BENT WINDOW REGULATOR.
