Toyota Repair: toyota t-100 starting problem, clutch pedal, clutch

My truck will not start unless I pump the clutch pedal. How do I correct this?

adj the free play on the clutch and check the clutch switch clearance a few inches above the clutch. it should have little play. if the switch is open it can't start. that is the safety that prevent people from starting the car without a clutch. they go out of adjustment.
