Toyota Repair: Toyota Repair, center pillar, toyota camry

Our 95 Toyota Camry V6LE S/W driver door lock mechanism failed with the door closed and locked.  In previous Toyotas, the door comes apart from the inside to get to it to repair.  We have been unable to figure out how to get to the mechanism. Any ideas?

The door panel has to be removed, this is not real easy when the door can't be opened but it's the only way.
Remove the seat, remove the center pillar cover and the front kick panel, pry the door sill cover up and pull it out, you should then be able to remove the door panel.
