Toyota Repair: Directional Signals, directional signals, toyota camry

'97 Toyota Camry LS.  Right turn lights, front and rear clicking at a rapid rate.  Both lights appear to be blinking fast.  I would like to know cause and how to re;pair.     Thanks     Frank

Remove both of the front turn signal assemblies, remove the bulb holders from the housing and remove the bulbs, look at the inside of the bulb sockets you will see two metal contact strips, take something like a small hook and pull up on the strips slightly, replace both of the bulbs, this should fix the problem.
