Toyota Repair: Random Turn Signal Problem, left blinker, connector strips

Question
1999 Camry LE 4door sedan.  Car recently involved in a front end collision and damage was professionally repaired.  Problem - Left turn signal sometimes blinks much faster than right signal (as though bulb were burned out).  Problem is intermittent and left blinker often flashes at normal speed.  Visual inspection shows left signals flash both front and rear, although faster and more dimly when problem occurs.  I'm baffled, please give any suggestions you may have.  Thanks!

Answer
Remove the turn signal lens assembly and remove the bulb holder, take out the bulb, the problem is the contacts inside the bulb holder, they look like two small metal strips, take a small hook and pull the connector strips up a little, put in new bulbs, this is the normal fix for this unless there is some sort of other wiring problem.
