Toyota Repair: brake rota\ors and pads, caliper pistons, detailed explanations

Question
My husband needs to replace the rotors and pads on his '96 tercel.  He is wondering how hard this will be, before he gets into.  He has done brake pads many years ago on another vehicle. We are wondering where we could find a detailed explanations to do this. If you could explain or point us in right direction.

Answer
It's not that difficult, after removing the brake pads the caliper pistons have to be pushed back in, then remove the calipers and the rotors just slide off the hub, if they are rusted on, some penetrating oil will help to loosen them, just tap on them with a hammer and they should come right off.
