Toyota Repair: Replacing outside mirrors, plastic fasteners, marker light

I need to replace the passenger side mirror, which I have, on a 1999 Camry.  I am not sure how to safely remove the door panel to access the wiring.

There are two plastic covers toward the front of the door panel, remove them, there are screws under them, remove the plastic plug in the armrest and the small marker light there are larger screws in there, two in the arm rest and one behind the light, on the end of the panel are two small buttons, push the center in and you can pull them out,there is one more small cover just above the side pocket with another screw underneath, the rest of the door panel is held on with plastic fasteners that pop off.
