Toyota Repair: tune-up 2000 toyota corrolla, air fuel mixture, transmission fluid change

Question
Venturing into uncharted waters here. I would like to do a tune-up on my Toyota Corrolla. Never done anything to my car before,
Any suggestions?

Answer
There is really not any need to do a "tune up" on this model Corolla anymore.
The sparks plugs are iridium tipped and are not required to be replaced until 90,000 miles.(you didn't say how many miles it has)
There is nothing to adjust, the timing, idle speed and air fuel mixture are set by the computer and not adjustable.
You can replace the air filter, don't bother looking for the fuel filter, it's inside the gas tank and not serviceable.
Other than that, it requires normal maintenance like oil change, transmission fluid change and coolant change, brake check and tire rotation, that's about it.
