Toyota Repair: engine shakes more then normal, spark plug wires, spark plug

I have a 1983 toyota with 145,000 miles, sr22 engine. i did a complete tune up plugs, wires,starter, water pump. the engine started to rock or move back and forth more then normal.  can hear a slight clicking sound.  what could be causing this problem.

Did the engine run this way before the tune up?
If not check to make sure the spark plug wires are not crossed up, if it ran the same way and there was no improvement I suggest you check the engine compression on each cylinder, normal compression is about 175 psi.
