Toyota Repair: window jam, master switch, camrys

Hi,
I have a 94 camry and my driver side window will not roll back up. The rest of the window works perfectly fine.

Very common problem on camrys, it's probably the window master switch located in the left side armrest, is there any noise while trying to get the window back up and does it move a little and then stop or nothing at all?
